When you place an order, it's essential to stay updated on its progress. To help you understand the various stages your shipment goes through, we've compiled a comprehensive guide to order statuses. This guide will explain each status and what it means for your package.

- In the app, navigate to the Orders tab in the left hand menu
- You can see the order status under Shipments
Order Statuses and Their Meanings
Order Received
The shipment has been received by Workwize. This is an initial status indicating that the shipment is well received.
Order Being Processed
The order is being processed. This status shows that the order details are being confirmed, and preparations are being made to ship the package.
Preparing Shipment
The item has been packed and the shipment is being prepared for delivery. This means the package is in the final stages of packing and is almost ready to be shipped.
Delivered
The package has been successfully delivered to the recipient. This indicates the final stage of the shipment process, confirming that the package has reached its intended destination and has been handed over to the recipient.
In Transit
The shipment is on its way to its destination. This status means the package is moving through the logistics network, from the origin facility to the destination.
Picked up by Customer
The package was picked up by the customer. This typically happens at a pickup location or a locker where the customer retrieves their package.
Info Received
The carrier received a request from the shipper and is about to pick up the shipment. It indicates that the shipping label has been created, but the package may not have been physically handed over to the carrier yet.
Returning to Sender
The package is on its way back to the sender. This occurs when delivery fails due to reasons like an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or unavailability.
Exception
There is an issue with the shipment that may change the scheduled delivery date or terminate the delivery. This could be due to various reasons such as customs issues, damaged items, or incorrect addresses.
Returned to Sender
The shipment was returned to the sender. This is a final status indicating that the delivery process was halted and the package is back with the sender.
Out for Delivery
The package is out for delivery. The shipment has reached a local facility and is on the final leg of its journey to be delivered to the recipient.
Arrival Scan
Shipment arrived at a hub or sorting center. This status indicates that the package has reached a sorting center or hub for further processing.
Available for Pickup
The package arrived at a pickup point near you and is available for pickup. This is usually applicable for shipments delivered to lockers or local stores for customer collection.
Departure Scan
The package departed from the facility. This indicates that the package has left a processing or sorting center and is on its way to the next facility or final delivery location.
Failed Attempt
The delivery of the package failed due to some reason. Courier usually leaves a notice and will try to deliver again. This could be due to recipient unavailability or access issues at the delivery location.
Delivery Appointment Scheduled
A delivery appointment is scheduled. This status is used when the recipient has arranged a specific delivery time with the carrier.
Signed by Customer
Package delivered to and signed by the customer. This indicates that the package has been received and a signature has been obtained, confirming receipt.
Incorrect Address
Package not delivered due to an incorrect recipient address. This status indicates an error in the address details provided, preventing successful delivery.
Arrived at Destination Country
International shipment arrived at the destination country/region. This is used for international shipments, confirming that the package has reached the recipient’s country.
Acceptance Scan
Shipment accepted by the carrier. This status shows that the carrier has officially accepted the package for delivery and it is in the carrier’s system.
Customer Refused Delivery
Delivery of the package failed as the recipient refused to take the package. This could be due to various reasons, including damaged goods or an incorrect shipment.
Shipment Damaged
Shipment damaged. This indicates that the package was damaged during transit and may not be deliverable in its current state.
Addressee Not Available
Recipient not available at the given address. This means the carrier attempted delivery but the recipient was not available to receive the package.
Customs Clearance Completed
Customs clearance completed. This status is specific to international shipments, indicating that the package has successfully cleared customs and is ready for delivery.
