Ordering a device with Device configuration is simple as long as you have provided the correct information during your onboarding process or afterwards to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
- Notify your Customer Success Manager (CSM) you require MDM enrolled devices. You will then be sent a few questions to have the required information to complete.
- During your onboarding sessions, your catalogue will be created such that only MDM enrolled devices are added in the regions indicated
- You can then start placing orders, the devices will be configured according to the process discussed with your Customer Success Manager (CSM)!
