The HR integration automatically activates and deactivates your accounts on Workwize. In contrast, with SSO, the account is not automatically deactivated on Workwize, and the employee only loses access once their work account is disabled.
Additionally, you can already sync people with their personal email address before the start date and transfer it to the work email after in a manual step (we might automate this in the future). The address is already pre-saved to our system, so people have no onboarding. With SSO you can’t send out invitations automatically, with this feature you can.
