When the sync is enabled, we will try to match existing users on Workwize, compared to the users on the HRIS. If we can find a match, we will display found matching user and creating a user is not necessary.
If we cannot find the user, because their email doesn’t correspond to either their work or personal email address on the HRIS, we will create the account,
