An employee can always reset their password during the logging in stage. It's important to make sure the employee has an activate account, before resetting their password. Follow this article on how to create an employee's account.
To reset a password, visit the Workwize sign in page and type in your Workwize account:
Then click on the link 'forgot password':
An email will be sent within 5 minutes to the email address listed and if an account exists. Below is an example of the email being sent and steps on how to complete the password change:
