First step is to log into your Workwize admin account, to see if the employee is marked as ‘activated’ or ‘invitation sent’.

- If marked as activated: the user already has an account and can access their Workwize platform by logging in or using the password reset option.
- If marked as invitation sent: the user needs to locate the email in their inbox (spam or promotional inbox) to click on the activation link.
- Make sure the email listed is the correct inbox for the employee.
Please contact our customer support team via chat or email (support@goworkwize.com), if the employee cannot locate the activation link email.
