You may be able to cancel your order depending on its current status and the type of product you ordered. While we always strive to accommodate your request, cancellations are not guaranteed as orders are processed automatically and are subject to supplier-specific policies.
1. When is cancellation possible?
Orders shipped from suppliers
Cancellations are only possible while the order is still in the “Order Received” status. Once it moves to the next stage, it is already being processed and can no longer be canceled.

Orders shipped from our warehouse
For items shipped directly from the Workwize warehouse, cancellation is not available due to immediate processing and dispatch. You can return the item(s) after delivery by requesting an offboarding via the Workwize platform.
2. Orders that cannot be cancelled
Certain types of orders are non-cancellable, regardless of their status:

Configured-To-Order (CTO) or Custom-Built Products
These items are made to your exact specifications and can’t be canceled or refunded once ordered. -
Orders from Workwize Warehouses
These are dispatched immediately and cannot be canceled. That said, you can return them after delivery by initiating an offboarding request via the platform or by contacting our Support Team.
3. Steps to cancel your order
To cancel your order, follow these steps:
- Login to your Workwize platform account.
- In the main menu, go to the Orders page
- If the order status is still Order Received, click the ‘Cancel’ button next to the item you wish to cancel to submit a cancellation request.
- Once your cancellation request is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your or your employee's account budget.
4. What if my order is already processed?
If you need to cancel an order that is already processed, please contact the Workwize Support Team directly via the chatbot on the platform. Our team will review your cancellation request and determine if cancellation is still possible depending on the order stage and supplier policies.
Important: Workwize is a B2B SaaS platform. As such, purchases made via our platform do not fall under consumer withdrawal rights, including the standard 14-day cooling-off period. We strongly recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
